We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

2. In brief

• This website does not use cookies.
• We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services.
• Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from this website’s own server – no connections to third parties are made when you visit.
• The “Request an appointment” form does not send or store anything on our server. It only prepares a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.

3. Hosting and server access

This website is operated on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, located in a data centre in Germany.

When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser type. This processing serves solely to deliver the website and operate it securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Access logs are not stored. Only in the event of a technical error may it be recorded in an error log, used exclusively for troubleshooting. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies or similar technologies. We do not use analytics, marketing or social media services.

5. Fonts

The fonts used are hosted on this website’s server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider.

6. Contacting us

When you call us, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and arrange an appointment.

WhatsApp and the appointment form

The form does not send any data to our server. When you click “Request via WhatsApp”, your browser composes a message from your entries and opens WhatsApp. The message is only transmitted when you send it yourself.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (Meta group). WhatsApp processes data under its own terms, possibly also in the USA. If you prefer not to use it, simply call us.

Legal basis

If your enquiry concerns booking or carrying out a treatment, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Links to external websites

This website does not embed third-party content such as maps or videos. It does contain links, for example to WhatsApp or Google Maps. A connection to the respective provider is only established when you click such a link.

8. Storage period

We store your data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (generally seven years for accounting records).

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact us by phone or email.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

11. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
